I got an actively reviewing case notification and I check the document under the petition and I saw the approval notice. how long after will the i485 will be approved or does that mean interview waived?

I129 petition denial
i have applied for my h1b extension. On jan 25 i got the approval and on feb 04 recieved the i797 document.
On march 21 my case status is showing as denied. i have recieved my denial notice stating that my i 129 petition is considered as abandoned since i haven't response to the RFE .I haven't received any rfe document for this at all.
what are my options on this case?

i-130 petition change service center not my jurisdiction
hi,I live in the north east nj ,I'm petition for unmarried son & daughter on Jan 17 2023 .got my reciet stating that my case was in Vermont service center, they sent me another reciet that my case in now being processed in California "worse places to get processed "I have no idea why I'm in California, I spoke to paralegal at my lawyer office & they have no club why " they assume " it's because Vermont my jurisdiction services center can't handle their load.any one going thru the same dilemma?🙄😤
