you need to sue them to get a decision. Thats an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to be waiting. get a lawyer. best of luck @upset person

@upset person simple find a great lawyer sue them that’s what I’m doing you’ll see how quickly they approve it one thing about them they hate to get sued

it all depends on the lawyer as much as 8to 10k yup is said 8to 10k

I understand your frustration. my lawyer told me to wait it out a bit more. I'm on edge just like you are. waiting since June 2023. I got few more months in me then I'll contact my lawyer again. If my husband and I didn't have patience I don't know what will happen. Good thing is he visit me every 3 months. I know there are people in worse situations than I am that barely see their spouse twice a year. But stay strong, and act in your right. 💯

@upset person I haven’t done it but it seems like 8-10,000 is a decent estimate. some people do it themselves but I’m not sure I’d take that chance.

@Trista Nesmith you cannot be comparing your situation waiting 11 months to someone waiting almost 5 years. your path is perfectly on time so far.

@w s oh yes I can. we are all waiting. It doesn't matter how late or how early. it's still a waiting process that we are all going through. like I said I know people are in worse situations than I am. there are people who got through in 3 months. I am jealous of that fact and upset too that I'm not that lucky. Contact a lawyer about the case. like I said act accordingly, however you feel you need to express yourself to get that case on the move.
