regarding name change

I got my ead and combo card and my name is wrong in that and we send back to uscis do you guys know how long it may take to get my new ead with correct name

My I131 was denied

why could my I131 have been denied? I received a rfe because uscis was indicating that I might have left the US on a certain date, I gathered up sufficient evidence proving I in fact do not ever leave and sent it back , today I received a denial 😭 what could be the reson?? The notice gets sent to my lawyer first so now I’m waiting to hear from her. I am so upset.
