17 months waiting with Congressional help and nothing
Filled on December 2022. My i130 status is still received and sent receipt notices send. my i485 activity review since 34 days ago.
I asked congressional help and USCIS just told me both are on processing time and ready for interview, but still nothing on web page.
I am about to get crazy. this has been so stressful.
I-589 But i don't get any court date what to do now pls someone help me

I recived an rfe that says: You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case:
Does that mean they’re most likely to make a final decision or it’s just the way they send all rfes. I got rfe before this one and it says to (process your case) instead of (to make a final decision)

Can I upgrade 485 from F2A to CR/IR1/IR6 after my spouse becoming a citizen
my petitioner became a us citizen 3/20/2024. I filed 485 (adjusting status in the United States) back on 3/15/2023. 130 was already approved on 3/15/2024. Now the visa application for 485 had a retrogression for F2A. Does anyone know what can I do? Can I upgrade 485? Do I have to file 824 or resubmit 485? Thank you very much for your help
