OMG! very similar timeline. Congratulations🙏 Do you know when was your case transferred to LA field office? and how long did it stay there?

it was transfered about 2 weeks ago, i know bcz i got a notification on my email saying theres an update but when i log in theres no update so i called uscis and they told me last update its that case was sent to field office ;)

i applied on 1/25 from F1 to marriage based. Emma said interview was waived. the case should be transferred to LA field offfice but they do not know when it will be teansferred. i am seeing a lot of approvals for Jan cases. so excited

I was married but didnt live in US for sometime with my partner, then moved to US and came on US visa so have been married about 3 or 4 years. I didnt have interview.... Yeah California offices i think are quick....by the way i never got a work permit even tho I did apply.
