@Jonathan Hernandez Screw 601A. With the new Biden policy you won't needed anymore. You'll get parole in place. I think new policy will be up and running in a few months.

@William u wife is not in the U.S
would that new policy also help ?

what if Biden doesn’t win? then what? I’ll say stick with your 601a 🤷♀️

there’re working way faster and by next year they’re hoping that the processing time will be reduced to 1 year 🙏🤞

Jon, why are you applying for i601A if your wife is not in the US?
Jonathan HernandezJun 20, 2024
@William u Wife entered U.S without inspection. Left the U.S after 11 months.

She doesn't need the i-601A. The waiver is only needed for individuals who are currently residing in the USA.
I'm assuming your i-130 has been approved. Continue your case at NVC, get your interview appointment and have come home.
Note: She did spent 11 months here, she does have a 3 year ban.
I'm not sure when she left but, she'll need to be a minimum 3 years outside the US. You can do the math on how much time she has remaining. I'm sure it's shorter than the i-601A waiver though.
