Got K-1 FTP today thru email
Hello community,
After several inquiries to the NVC I received my K1 FTP thru email today.
The letter says my approved USCIS case has been transferred to the local consulate/embassy. (this could take several weeks in says) I have a case number now.
what should I expect next? how long more?

Case finally approved. it was originally in NBC, then moved to Chicago on 8th of march, got
March 15 - medical rfe
April 16th- response delivered
April 18th-response marked received
May 5- email update on uscis about an update in my case. checked the website to find 130 moved from case received to actively reviewing while a green ✅ and date change for rfe had appeared in 145
March 6- Got another email about an update on my case, checked uscis to find 145 approved. 2 hours later another email and this was for 130 approval.
I asked the congressman for help in getting EAD and I was able to receive it 3 weeks after.
after I got my EAD and social security number I got a job and went back to school which kept me busy and I did not have the time to worry about processing time.
Being busy helped a lot because before I was checking for every 20 minutes

Hi Guys, please help me out. I received this RFE. Is this a normal template they do send to everyone? And also for Medical.
“JOB OFFER LETTER I-360 RELIGIOUS WORKERSONLY
You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer attesting to your offer of proposed employment. This letter should be written on the company's official letterhead and cite the date you will begin working, your proffered position and the offered salary or wage. A description of the position you currently hold for the company (if you are currently employed by the current petitioner) and the offered salary. This letter should be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter must also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition continue to exist.”
approval notice I797, error on category I think
Dear all,my GC was approved on 30 April 2024 EB2 NIW, ,PD dec 27,2022,current since april 1. I got approval notice i797 today. Didn't receive physical card yet.
I noticed that in below notice type, section alien worker i140 etc are correct but COA: UU instead of E26 that most of my friends in same cagory have . My dependents have the same category and COA for them is also UU they shoud be E27,28 . I tried to look for codes on categories but such code doesn't exist or I coudnt find any answer to this...
while other information like employment based i40 are correct.
I was on J1. Forms seems ok , I submitted i485 mine and dependents forms myself in october 2023. I am not sure that it is different for others too people those approved recently can comment..
Anyone have same issue or thoughts on it and way to corerction. Appreciate the response and suggestions.
