@Temi Shalom @Rui Costa , thanks guys, yea I have to change my lawyer, I provided more proof to my new lawyer and she appeal the case already, I'm just waiting for the receipt notice and eager to know how long the process will take, this whole thing is frustrating for real

@Mr uscis blog till now no updates. Even they told in their letter they will reopen 485, I don’t have any updates on the app. It still says “case was received”🙈 Nothing at all. By the way, it was never said on 485 that it was denied. Honestly, I don’t understand how do they work at all. Only after receiving the letter from them, I knew that 290 was granted. What about you? Have you been updated online in their app?

@Mrkvica M. Yes, literally because of that. We sent medical January, 2023. We had tracking number. It was said “Delivered, signed” whatever it supposed to be. So I am on relax till June when we got Denied 485 because we failed to submit the requested RFE. Next day appeal was sent. So! For the future - KEEP ALL TRACKING NUMBERS! So you can prove that it is their mistake and you did everything on time☺️ Just in case) And thank you for positive vibes!

@Mrkvica M. First, they misplaced it. It means they lost it. So as I understand when the time comes to have a look on my 485 they couldn’t find that medical. So they decided I have never sent it. That is why they sent deny. Then it is my turn to prove that they were wrong🙈 From the very beginning they didn’t attach my medical to my case. And of course they put it somewhere where nobody will find it😊

Hey friends, any updates? I’m in the same situation and was denied because they wrote me a letter for additional information and it was sent to my previous address. My lawyer failed to update my address when I told him. He showed me a form that he mailed but it seems they didn’t get it or failed to have done the address change

my case was denied in April but I send the appeal and the sent me the receipts in May.
