REF for medical or birth

Hello All, which one will be issued first RFE for medical or FRE for birth cirtificate when I485 is filed ؟

My lawyer accidently made an biometric appointment which I already used for my non immegration now what to do now?

I don't know what to do now lawyer told me to wait 5 days .my interview is on 12 July the blockd my account for temporary i guess. is enough appointment available? At nvc Mumbai, India,f4 #interview #f4 #visa #biometric

i-485 how long do I have to wait

it's almost 8 month after filing and biometric, my case is still being actively reviewed by USCIS, I lost my father in Africa on October 28, two day sfter i filed and wasn't able to go and witness the funeral. what's you advise ?

EAD renewal receipt not received

I have filled my EB3 EAD renewal a month ago in the chicago Lockbox but haven’t received any receipt? Has anyone has the same situation?
