Received RFE just before retrogression
Hello guys,
I received RFE today. I don’t know what it is about as I need to wait for my mail. But after next month it is going to be retrogressed and my PD will not be current anymore. Does USCIS wait till the the PD becomes current again for decision or do they look at it even if it is not current since it is RFE response?

USCIS will not decide the case till PD is current again. In the meantime, they can keep collecting RFR responses, or even interviews.

@Charlie SC what if the received ref and state working on the case I have a week before it retrogress

if they approve till June 30, it's possible.

@CRP Case Remains Pending I had to send it because it gave me date line and was on CRP before current and of course now it gonna regross again

@D J I had the same situation and I mailed my medical on 7/2 and got it approved on the same day. PD 2/22 which means it's not current as of 7/1.
