I-485 Denied
Hi All,
My I-485 denied(as expected) because it was filed when my PD was not current. I am done with my 5 years of R1 as well therefore I am
leaving the USA. What options do i have in future to get green card.

Don't lose hope. Mine was denied too last year but I am back with another visa. You can apply for consular processing by filing I-824. it takes almost a year to get it processed and in the meantime your PD might be current.
