we filed I-485 and I-765 August 1st and the last update was september for fingerprints. still waiting on work permit. so frustrating

use the case tracker website. you can see that yes some are approved and a lot are waiting. no way to compare your case to theirs from what I have seen.

I didn’t file in August but in July 2023 through the national benefits center and the only thing I got approved was the I-131 advanced parole. I-765, I-485 and I-130 still in process

I filed august 2022, and it’s still pending, I did however received the i-131 and I-765 and I-130 is still pending that had been filed in July 2022.

yes, I have received RFE or I-693 form and sent them back 11 months ago

@Nattlestar 🇨🇦 🤞 I received for the I-130 an RFE just yesterday. but I’m still waiting to receive the letter in my mailbox. it’s nerve wracking.

I was requested to send it to Baltimore field office

@Alissa Pledl Rizo I was told mt case was transferred to the local field office in Louisville on April 11th 2024 and I have not received an update since January 2024.

@Nattlestar 🇨🇦 🤞 did you try to call them and finding out what is going on?
