SIJS WORK PERMIT
I have a question am a pending SIJS work permit w deferred action it’s been 202 days now, out of processing times already submitted a e request waiting for a reply almost at 60 days to be able to submit another if I don’t get a reply. can anyone share similar experiences please thank you?!

The case is still being process, I got the update from USCIS on 11 September 2025.
1. Is there any chance of getting the next update by November 2025?
2. What are the chances of getting approval, RFP and denial?
Most people told me that the chances of getting RFP or denial are very high!!! Your opinion can help me reconsider for my future. I will try to make my carrer in my home country. thanks for support and expert opinion.
I just got approved today. Glory to God.
It has been a journey but at the end God did it for me. Thank you for the experiences shared here. It was extremely helpful. I am praying that everyone still waiting will get their approval soon.

I submitted my i-485 application on September 2021, and I was eligible to waive the fees on the application. Additionally, i-360 was approved on September 2024. Since then, there has been no progress on my i-485; it indicates that your case is currently delayed because the required security checks are still pending. We cannot make a decision on your case until we receive the results of these security checks. Has anyone who filed around that time experienced the same issue regarding the security check? #vawa #i-485 #vawa
