how long taking time to approve i130 for Parent now?
hello Folks
I filed i130 for my parents. I file the i130 on March 9 2024. still I didn't get any update on it. in the processing time for case is showing 17 months.
so 17 month going to complete day after tomorrow.
anyone recently approved or any information please share with me.

I submitted my petition for My Husband 🦦🤎 who lives in the Dominican Republic in November 20 24. My status is currently at case received the website says I still have four months until my approval. I am praying that this is accurate. My service center is being processed in California. Evidence of one year physical presence for Green Card application
If you stay one year after asylum grant at USCIS before applying for I-485 green card, is your asylum approval letter and I-94 enough evidence to proof your one year physical presence in United State or you need to include additional evidence, anyone had this experience in the past? was your application approved or USCIS send you RFE?

arrested but not charged
can anyone please advise me ? i filed for Vawa in October 2022. I was arrested last year October and was initially charged with a misdemeanor. however after explaining the situation. they dropped the charges. I have been reading that this will still need to be disclosed to the USCIS. my question is, can this affect my chances of approval?
N-400 INA 319 (e) for Military Spouse Overseas
I applied through INA 319 (e), since I had my green card for over 3 years now and I am a military spouse on active duty orders at an overseas base.
The interview was conducted virtually at Camp Humphreys, South Korea and the oath ceremony will be around 30 days after!
The interviewer was super friendly and it was an overall good experience!#INA319

We got notice of approval from USCIS "We have forwarded your petition to the U.S. Department of State National Visa Center" on 13th June 2025
its almost 60 days we didn't heard anything from the NVC? should need to send inquiry?

Hoping to receive comments or any thoughts is greatly appreciated. I’m flying soon and I’m taking my chances. I know it's risky and scary under this administration.
i751 RFE but recently separated
received an RFE but recently got separated from my wife and divorce was imminent. Few days before divorce would be filed I received an RFE??!! I have lawyers on this they advised to delay it as much as possible and proceed with divorce even though we’re technically married. Plannjng on filing for divorce this Friday. How long can I delay this so I can get a divorce finalized and a decree.
