Confused
so I sent my daughter i485, i131 and i765 along with a copy of my i360 vawa receipt so I can start her process while we wait. she's in the US with me. I also sent the G-1450 form. they sent back saying payment is not needed and they destroyed my G-1450 form, however they also sent back the first 3 pages of the i485 form. what does that mean? I didn't receive any receipt or any explanation of why they sent back the first 3 pages of the i485. can someone please explain what's happening if you have any knowledge of what's going on

I don’t know how long it takes to get a decision on your i485 after i130 was approved, but I’m trusting the process 🤞🤞

my i765 was denied today my i485 says closed but one emma agent is saying my i485 was denied but another is saying it’s. processing but in my account it says closed anyone with this situation I’m feeling so defeated and confused idk what to think if Anyone had this situation feel free to comment

I don’t understand how is this possible wait 250 days to check 6 vaccines….. also, Everytime I call or ask questions to my lawyer I’ve been told “you should just wait”! is this possible there is nothing I can do about it? someone has a suggestion or experience to share?

Case transferred - not notified
I was notified back in December that my case was transferred from the Texas Center to a field office in Missouri.
Randomly decided to ask Emma today for an update. Spoke with a live agent who told me my
case is now at Long Island, NY.
I wasn’t notified of any transfer to NY. Has this happened to anyone else? I am worried the information is inaccurate.
I’d like to be able to check processing times which is why I wanted to know where it’s being processed.
How can I get Replacement GreenCard ASAP?
My attorney sent greencard via USPS mail and its lost, to make matter worst there is no softcopy/photo of the card. Based on the research I have 2options now -
1. Wait for USPS to find and send the mail (which may never happen, have raised multiple SR, Missing Mail request but no help)
2. Apply for replacement card (submit I-90 form, pay ~$500, go for bio metric again, wait for almost 1year :(
Is there any solution for me at this point to get the card faster? or get a soft copy.. appreciate any help on this subject
NVC - Albania Embassy interview dates
Hi everyone
i got DQ in June 30 2023, my PD is October 5th 2021, Embassy Albania. Final Action date in the Visa Bulletin is November 2021, meaning my case is before the final action date. NVC says that when the priority date is before the final action date we are elgible for a visa interview, however It’s been a year that i’m waiting for the email with the interview date and still nothing. does anyone know when they send out the interview dates?
