processing times
Does anyone know how processing times work if your case is moved around to different locations?
My case was recently transferred to a field office with a processing time of 7.5 months. I submitted my application 6 months ago. Does that mean I could hear back in the next month or two OR since it was just transferred am I looking at 7.5 months from when it was transferred.
Basically do you have to go back to the bottom of the queue every time your case is moved?
DQ’ed
We just got DQ’ed last May 13, 2024, and now waiting for Interview Letter. Beneficiary here from the Philippines (IR1). So my question is (if anyone got any idea):
1. how long do NVC send the IL from DQ date?
2. will it matter which state your petitioner is based to get IL faster?
3. just curious and for reference, can you guys comment your PD, DQ, IL, and destination state?
