how long after case is actively pending final review
I chat with Emma today, they said "The case is processing with the national benefits center. The case was last reviewed by the office on 06/2 6/20 2 4. The case is currently pending for the final reviews to be completed. The office is not requesting anything from you at this time."
My PD is 9/21/2020 and be current since April 2024. My category is Eb3 Other worker ROW, I am not sure if anyone experienced the same and how long do you think it will take for final decision?
My last update was fingerprint taken, 621 days ago, has been in a long retrogression

my attorney did, not get answer yet, i asked senator helped and they replied last 2 weeks was case was actively processing

@Aug 20 i created one then they said it will automatically back to queue and process according to the order they received, then after that nothing. Then after Senator replied, they said it actively processing and will be in order it received.
