Change of address for i485 family based application
Hi,
I have been filing i485 eb3 unskilled. I had an interview on July 2023 and my case has been pending since that interview.
And I got engaged with and my fiance who is a US citizen, and will get married on this October 13th. So I decided to file another i485 in family based category.
We decided to live together, so I will move in to his condo soon. And I will change my home address too.
My question is should I change the address on the eb3 i485 application too? it’s because I am submitting a new case in a different category.
APPROVAL received. No alert from Lawfully
This site has gotten so bad lately. All my 7 people got approved today and I still has not received any notifications from Lawfully. Please, check your cases manually because this site doesn’t work anymore. 4 of my cases were initially submitted on Jan 26 2023 and 3 were added on July 2023. Keep faith, your confirmation will come soon.
I got a RFE about bona fide marriage. Does a gym membership could add as evidence. My husband and me have a joint bank account, photos, mails, receipts from gifts to another one.
Also emails, conversations through social media, phone bill and affidavit letter. Does someone knows if can I add our gym membership as evidence?

After I submitted my application, I traveled twice. What’s the best way to show proof of travel? Can I get an official document? Or is the flight ticket enough? I noticed I that there are no entry stamps on my passport.

Still No Approval
Dealing with a lot of anxiety and stress. My wife is pregnant due in June and I have not heard anything about my case. I know it is going to be even harder to be away from my family when our baby is born. Hopeful God will help us!
I did reach out via chat on Friday and they told me the following:

processing times
Does anyone know how processing times work if your case is moved around to different locations?
My case was recently transferred to a field office with a processing time of 7.5 months. I submitted my application 6 months ago. Does that mean I could hear back in the next month or two OR since it was just transferred am I looking at 7.5 months from when it was transferred.
Basically do you have to go back to the bottom of the queue every time your case is moved?
