@GC 2024 thank you. About mid June, case moved from NBC to non local FO: Chicago. Then I received that random text message from USCIS last week. On Monday, received update.
Hopefully, this is useful insight. Are you on a similar timeline?

@GC 2024 last week, several EB applicants received a text from USCIS regarding RFE responses. It was a bulk msg though so probably has no bearing on my case timeline.

@Harry Green bulk text message sent to EB applicants about RFE response. I didn't have a RFE so it made no sense.
