@ivy chi for F1 student,talk to your DSO, they have draft for maintaining f1 status during your school period.

@Alex brown I left school since 2022. will they be able to help? maybe a letter or anything.

@ivy chi you don't need a letter from school. Your I-20s, degree certificate and and if you did OPT, any EAD approvals you had during your OPT should be enough

@Lin O can I put my school transcript? I showed dates I stopped

@ivy chi you can add your transcripts. Also, if you have more than one I-20 make sure there are no gaps between dates or you will another RFE

@Believe in Miracle Last week I got a RFE as well. It was for medical and updated photos. I’m working on it. This was the second RFE I got. In March last year I got another one asking me to prove that I maintained status and to prove my marriage (my wife is the main applicant on the EB3).
