hello everyone it’s my first time filing for my spouse can someone please give me all the info as needed I filed i130 in march and it’s saying my case is still under review

@Candace Akpamgbo The process is different depending on where your spouse is. If they are in the US they would have to file an 1485(adjustment of status), i765 (work card) i131(advance parole) and i864 ( affidavit of support) . if they are out of the US then their process would be transferred to the embassy in their home country. It's currently taking on average 14 months and one week. This time frame will go up and down by the time you're due your approval. You filed in March this year, so expect something by mid-April 2025. That's if they don't slow down processing time even further.
