rfe for medical (NBC) im located in NJ
i got a rfe today. im pregnant do i have to take the covid shot?
how long does it take to get a response from them once i submit my evidence?
is it okay to send other documents like joint bank statements even tho it wasn’t requested for?
and finally is it possible to get my interview waved after submitting the evidence?

i think you can try for a Covid waiver but they do not always get approved. maybe if you have medical reasons why you can’t get gene therapy (mRNA). there’s also novavax which is not an MRNA shot.
it could be a quick response after you send the medical and test you can provide more evidence even though they didn’t ask for it. I’d give really strong evidence (like your sonogram photo and any photos of a gender reveal or shower - they love seeing you’re sealing the marriage with another small human).
yes it can be waived. also could call for an interview. I think they usually request medicals even if they do interviews.
