Case sent to non local San Fernando Valley FO on 8/5/2024 Spoke with Emma live agent 2 times, one that informed me about my case being transferred to FO and second one yesterday; which didn’t give me much information just confirmed that my case was at SFV FO. So about 5pm today I got a sms from USCIS. it stated in the message that they have taken action on my case and that I should sign in to my USCIS account. That was 22 mins a go and I do see any changes

my I485 just got approved without interview and no transfer to other office. I don't know why I can't see any update from the app but confirmed it from USCIS website. FYI EB2 NIW PD Jan17 23 Submitted I485, 131, and 765 on Jan12 24 MSC 249034xx I131 was just closed, I765 was approved on July. Hope you get yours soon.

My buddys pd is 08/24/2023, he just got his lc approved. His current visa expires in 2 month. I told him, he has to go home since his pd is not current and a I140 doesnt give you status to stay,hes argueing and said his lawyer told him he can stay. Am i missing something?

New Card is being produced!

After the long wait, my case status has finally changed to “New Card is Being Produced” 2 days ago. my timeline is below: PD: Sept 2022 I140 Approval: Nov 2022 I485 Submission: Dec 2022 I765 Approval: May 2023 CRP: Nov 2023 I131 Approval: Feb 2024 after expedite request RFE for Supp. J: June 2024 New Card is being produced: Aug 2024 My case was transferred to my first local FO (found out last year), but was later transferred to my new local FO because I changed location after graduation. I called last week to place a SR because of my RFE response was about 2 months and nothing was showing that they sent the RFE or received it. Goodluck to everyone as this process is faster for some and slow for others like me, but the key is to be patient and don’t let it make you overthink. Let me know if you have any questions.
