At this moment it’s whatever
This is what’s USCIS sent my congressman.
Thank you for your inquiry regarding this constituent’s immigration matter. U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records confirm that your constituent’s case is pending and is under the review of an officer. We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case once certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
I sent everything, when I say everything I mean everything that they need when I just applied and I spoke with several agent who told me that my case look good and there is nothing outstanding.. but if there are issues… why not send me a rfe to clarify whatever they don’t understand instead they put the application aside. kmft
Finally approved 🙌

Sin actualización aún. El miércoles recibí por segunda vez correos de USCIS diciendo que my case is being actively reviewed by USCIS.
