This is what’s USCIS sent my congressman.

We are unable to determine at this time when the review process for the application will be completed. USCIS will issue a decision on your constituent's case once certain issues are resolved. We are striving to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
I sent everything, when I say everything I mean everything that they need when I just applied and I spoke with several agent who told me that my case look good and there is nothing outstanding.. but if there are issues… why not send me a rfe to clarify whatever they don’t understand instead they put the application aside. kmft

I’m so sorry. the lack of transparency is insane. I really hope that even though they said its processing normally that it nudged someone to blow the dust off. best of luck.

it’s the same email they sent to my congressman my i485 has been pending for 3 years and they say it’s processing normal and nothing is outstanding

hi @shane James same thing with me too I requested to congressman to help me with my case .. USCIS answered them they will go by priority date but I don’t understand my husband is US citizen now and we updated our case too then why we have to wait so long and other people get their green card even within month.. what a shame I feel so bad now..

@pooja fnu at this point I give up on USCIS. Am just living my best life until they feel they please themselves to get to my case.
