where you met, who cooks, dob etc… just general stuff you should already know about your spouse

it really depends. If you didn’t give a lot of evidence for your marriage they could grill you about the legitimacy of your marriage. or if you entered on a student visa but didn’t go to school they could ask you about that. they could also just ask you for your address and to answer the yes/no questions on the 485 form. you shouldn’t stress so long as you’ve got a real marriage. a woman I know that got her green card 20 years ago with a fraudulent marriage got the question “what did he buy you for your birthday?” and they both, in unison, answered “this watch” (he actually did buy it for her). anyways it could be totally random and there’s no real way to prepare other than being honest.

@bona bona my interview was August 13,2024, I didn’t filled with evidence or medical,they ask me only 3 questions. they ask me what’s my address ,if I got kids with my husband and if am on his house deeds that’s all an I was approved on the spot , got the update the next day on my account …I guess every case is different don’t worry u will be fine
