@Muhammad Zeeshan Farid Kiani my case isn’t in the U.S., after it hopefully gets approved they’ll transfer it to the NVC

@Hamza Abdulsattar I'm in Pakistan and I've filed my case on February 27, 2024. I've read somewhere that after filing the case, the call for biometric appointment should be within 5-8 weeks, but I still haven't got any email or notification regarding that. I'm still confused about that.

@Muhammad Zeeshan Farid Kiani no once your I-130 gets approved your case will get transferred to the NVC. after you send all the required documents and get documentarily qualified your case goes to the embassy. once you get the interview appointment date you do your medical exam then go to the interview. And yeah that’s pretty much it
