What should I expect next?
Hi, I totally forgot about my RTD, that I filed one year ago. It now says “case transferred to a new jurisdiction”. If you guys had the same case, how long it took you to receive the RTD after that?

Conflicting USCIS Live Agent Answers
Yesterday, I noticed that there was a recent timestamp but no event codes. So, I reached out to a live agent through Emma and asked about the latest update on my case and whether it was still with the NBC. They said the case is currently being processed at my local field office. Today, I contacted another live agent to ask about the latest update and which field office is handling my case, and they said it’s still at the NBC and that the last update was that my biometrics were reused. Is this normal? Also, I really want to reach out to another live agent, but I’m worried they might start getting annoyed. Do live agents see if I’ve contacted them before?
