yes I am in the same shoes! my PD is Nov 2023! I already did my interview in Feb this year! received a notification last Monday for a second interview and it’s really exhausting just thinking about it!!

no I don’t @RR Y it was as scheduled for August! I just got off the phone with Uscis and they told me! I am yet to receive the interventions tho

In my 1st interview me and dependents went it was usual I485 all questions and I gave my I 485J this was in May 2024 now not sure what this in the information needed in this interview- did you get the notice? or did they explain on phone what they need in the interview?

@soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 I now realize Your situation is different- your last Aug interview (1st) is getting scheduled now- since you missed it, for me it is 1nd interview - my 1st interview got done in May 2024

@RR Y my first interview was February this year and after the interview I was expecting an approval notice! only for me to get another notification last week about another interview scheduled for August this year! that will be a second interview!

@soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 that is good I think - in many such cases I saw online the status changed back to some other state and 2nd interview was canceled. For me I think I will be getting the letter shortly- will update

I got the letter yesterday- it says Initial Interview letter and is generic - no specific docs and is common letter that is issued to all categories including marriage based cases - no mention of previous interview- and asking me to bring along all docs previously submitted etc …:(

@RR Y yes I did! so this letter was a little different from the first one, this one had addendum to it! says I should come with my medical if the one I summited was already over one year and I should come with my children’s birth certificate! tho I took my children’s birth certificates to the intial interview in February and they made a copy! but I will take it again because it was highlife with the medicals! I submitted my medicals since 2023 when I submitted my i485! it’s already more than a year tho!

Well, still haven’t got dates for interview and as @soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 has suggested, checking mail regularly. if it happens, it will be the first one.

@soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 yes my interview got done it was over 1 hour- main trigger was long gap after 1st interview and address change. But there were some clarifications needed related to work. But since PD is not current will need to wait and watch. keeping fingers crossed and hoping for the best

@RR Y Your interview for your Form I-485, I just completed my interview at about 3hours ago and my status changed to Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number M, was completed, and your case must be reviewed!! they only asked about my updated medicals and went over my old question and I made sure I went with all my family!!!

@soon approval 🙏🏿🙏🏿 same status for me too. my PD is not current so I didn’t have much hope of any movement till October when new year starts- my PD is Nov 22 and at present India FAD eb1 is 15 Oct 22. The officer also mentioned this in the interview.

@RR Y I don’t even know when my PD is current or how to calculate or check it, I submitted since November 2023 and I am res of the world!! it was my husband’s company that filed for us under H1B and my husband has been approved since 2024
