hi I applied for I 485 like 11 month ago base refugee and I got msc case number so yesterday I asked Emma he told me that my case in Sacramento filed office I surprised I thought my case in Missouri (MSC) but I didn't see any update when I check my online status I think they moved to Sacramento and I also living in Los Angeles I applied from la is that good that they move my case to Sacramento ?? thank you

Reckless driving

Hello VAWA family,I have submitted my Vawa application on October 4th 2021 but I got charged on 07/06/2024 with reckless driving for: SPEEDING ,RACING and IMPROPER LANE CHARGES I pleaded guilty but nobody got hurt or nothing so the judge reduced the charge to just reckless driving withholding.Is USCIS going to deny my Vawa application and GC application because of that? I need help because I can’t sleep at night because of that. That really concerns me.

I submitted my i130 application on August 2019 and on January 2023 it says actively reviewed by USCIS until now I haven’t heard from them. please is there anyone here that has similar situation. I’m just hoping on God.

I’m traveling to Nigeria with my advance parole, what airline and countries can I fly through that will not require a transit visa, I heard some airlines do not allow you book a connecting flight in European countries if you don’t have a transit visa.
