EB2 NIW Interview scheduled
I am currently in US. Do they ask for past emoloyer paystubs from the home country during EB2 NIW interview . What documents are usually asked for our past home country for employer verification . Please can anyone share the experience.

@Alex T if you reside in the US and work in the US then USCIS will ask for 3 months paystubs from current employer only

@Artur D Hi Artur, I recently graduated in US but I do not have any offer or work currently. In this case do I still need to show my paystubs from the home country company. please let me know.

@Alex T it's unlikely. The main problem here if you called on interview and you are unemployed then it's a red flag for USCIS.

Did you work as a RA/TA during your degree? Also, if you just graduated, did you apply for OPT if you’re eligible? @Alex T
