can someone tell me what does that mean VISIBILITY on uscis response.
uscis responded to my inquiry through the congressman;
constituent’s Form I-485 was receipted to the Charlotte Field Office on July 3, 2024 and is currently assigned to an adjudicating officer for review. We notified the adjudicating officer and their supervisor of your inquiry for their visibility.

hey everyone,
today a few hours ago my husband got a "We have taken action" email but was for "We are actively reviewing..." we thought of course nothing new but we checked the documents tab and the I130 approval notice was there :), no interview. fun fact we just came back last night from abroad and Re entering the country with AP wasn't bad at all, I was just thinking maybe this could have had expedited the process ?
Hopefully next week I get the I 485 approved too :).

case being actively review x 2 times after interview,on 28 & 30 Aug 24, after 13 Aug interview. Is that a good sign , for those who got approved , can u share yr experience with me 920 days long wait

As per Lawfully, I ranked 2nd on the list waiting for approval. Few days back, it was 2/6 then one got decision, now it's 2/5.
Congratulations to that one who got approved! Still here waiting patiently for my approval. Two days to go, to know what will be the PD in October.

we got DQ July 2024. My wife is in Canada on work permit. her work permit is expiring in Oct 2024. now that we found out that Montreal is in backlog and we won’t receive interview date any time before October. she has option to stay on visitor visa to avoid paying thousands of dollars for work permit renewal.
does anyone know if this will cause any issue during interview process?
Please provide any suggestions .🙏
