it means that some officer will go/look through your case and hopefully will make a decision (PS my understanding of this sentence)

@prazzi S ; my medical was done on 2020 , than not acceptable , I got a new one just wait for their rfe , I don’t know the reason which caused my 485 on hold.

@survivor p : is thete any reason, they didn’t ask for a new medical form . like other people who got approved 360 same as my time ?all of them had RFE medical

@Hope Hope because they didn’t finish adjudicate your petition. medical is last step before interview or approval if interview is waived

@survivor p : oh Gad , on July 3 they added my expired medical on my application, however I got my new medical and wait for their request. Charlotte office is not my home state . hope get done soon.
