Hello everyone! I have a concern . the Affidavit form is filled out online and then download to upload it or should I print it , fill it in pencil and then scan everything to upload it to my nvc profile ?
I am gathering the documents they are asking for at NVC but I feel shelved on that part . anyone who is already in the process or has gone through it that can give me an answer ? Thanks in advance

I130 & I485
I got 4 emails from uscis today ( we have taken an action on your case). when I checked both I130 and I1485 changed to being actively reviewed. The thing I did not understand is that there were two updates on the case history for I130 today (both on August 7) , the 1st one saying we sent a request for initial evidence for your from 130, and the 2nd update is saying that case is being actively reviewed. what does it mean please help? thanks you

Current until June but was in CRP, then retrogressed since July 2024.
I had submitted an expedite request for AP to local congressperson and was told my AP was approved. However, USCIS website initially updated not the AP, but my I-485. I was current til June, but EB3 ROW so retrogressed starting July. I got more approval notification from USCIS website including for my 485J today. I tried emma livechat and they told me they don’t see approval and is still CRP. I was convinced this was a clerical error on USCIS and that it would be rescinded. I’m trying to get them to confirm if the gc approval is valid, so will reach out to congress liaison again to see. It definitely gives me hope seeing so many similar DPs in the discussion! Hopefully this truly is the end of this long and gruesome journey.

time for 485 in Baltimore field office is 32 months, you need to wait.😡😡😡😡😡I told them my application is In Charlotte field office.
I said something thing is wrong in between my application was submitted on December 2020 .

The wait is over… CRP since Dec 2023.
Can’t believe how many times I opened this app, I must say that the Community section really kept me sane and I appreciate hearing about all the unique timelines. It’s true that there is no “crystal ball” or way to predict how your case will be processed. I am a Canadian citizen who has lived in the US for work on two O1 visas. I started my EB2 process in 2021 and my I-140 and PWD took almost 1 year. EAD was approved and processed right around the time my O1 was expiring…. I-131 Advance Parole was approved in late April thanks to Senators help. Today I received notification that I-785 was approved and New Card Being Produced. when you have been waiting for this long, it always feels like “another day”. It was an amazing surprise and feeling of relief… now a new chapter begins. My PD is August 18, 2021. I have been current for quite some time, but due to the backlog in cases, I had no idea when my time would come.
Your time Will come. Dreams really do come True. Good things come to those who Wait.
