Interview approved. still no passport with visa
During my fiancé’s interview, he was approved and given a white piece paper. He has yet to get his passport with his visa. Status is still the same from whenever He had his interview. It still said “ready“. His interview was June 26, it is now August 8. I have already contacted the congresswoman of my state. They contacted the embassy and the embassy said that Our cases in the final stage of processing. Why does it take so long?

Cr1 interview Dublin Ireland
interview - Aug 1st @ 7:45 am
I was the first in all the officials where extremely lovely! I was very nervous so they tried to help relax me.
documents checked (birth cert marriage cert police certificates and passport was all they requested)
waited for about an hour and a half to get called up for my interview. interview was not what I expected and was asked an array for strange question a lot about my travel history and my husbands 2023 work ( as we were back and forth between countries he didn’t make enough to file taxes) so he seemed to have raised red flags. No approval on the spot (heart breaking) I was sent away with a 221g for more evidence of domicile and a joint sponsor affidavit of support ( we had a I-864 A and he wanted just the joint sponsor as I-864) and lots of tears but the officer did say that once he received the documents he would sign off and issue the visa!
the interview was about 10-15 mins in total.
uploaded the extra evidence he requested that evening and the next day Friday 2nd went into administrative processing. Bank holiday weekend bummer but Wednesday the 7th of August my visa changed from admin processing to ISSUED!!!!
so only two business days until I received the approval ❤️
waiting to pick up passport hopefully this week and get on the next flight home to my hubby and our babies ❤️🐾🐶

Rfe medical exam
Hi guys,
I'm very confused because I do not work with a lawyer. I received a request for an RFE medical exam on June 4. On June 20, I sent my document in a sealed envelope. However, since I did not receive any response for a long time, about three weeks, I uploaded it online from USCIS. And they got back to me the day I uploaded it. They said they received your response. The paper sent to me says the following.
“You must submit the requested information by August 30, 2024. You must either mail the requested information to the address shown below or scan and upload your response using your USCIS online account (if applicable).
You must submit all of the requested evidence at one time. If you submit only part of the evidence, we will make a decision based on the evidence that you submit. We will not consider any evidence that is submitted after the due date. If you do not respond to this request by the date shown above, we will deny your case.
We strongly recommend you keep a copy of all documents that you submit to USCIS in response to this request “”
What makes me panic is whether they received the sealed envelope because last week it said to you respond to RFE via message.
I-485 applicants receiving a Request for Evidence for Form I-693 should return it as soon as possible by overnight/priority/courier delivery.
what shoulI do??
Welcome letter
Hello everyone, hope you are doing well I just got my daughter's I130 IR2 approved today and wanted to know how much takes to get the welcome letter.
Do you know how long it takes for the appointments at the Honduras embassy?
Hola a todos, espero que bien. Acabo de recibir la aprobación del I130 de mi hija IR2 hoy y quería saber cuánto se necesita para recibir la carta de bienvenida.
Y si saben cuanto tardan las citas en la embajada de Honduras?
