@k l cases are moving but visible movement in bulletin is usually shown from 2nd quarter or from December.

I believe it will move a lot in the Jan25 visa bulletin

I think this means they haven’t finished processing cases up to nov 22. once they get there in theory it’ll start moving forward. based on numbers from the uscis website that should be dec or Jan as MD and Will said.

my PD is Nov28 2022, then I won't get GC in the next month right? as I am behind the date by 13 days.

i have the exact same PD as you @some one but I have been on crp since early May
