Yesterday, my husband petition was approved. Our PD is June 20th, 2023. I got notification of the 2nd Actively Review, checked under documents and there was the approval notice. My attorney received i485 interview schedule
Hello Vawa family, I need quick suggestions from you. After my i360 approval , RFE medical received in May 2024 . After that there was no update and suddenly yesterday my attorney call me up and told we have an interview scheduled on Aug 15 and suggesting me to reschedule as there is not enough time to prep for interview. And mentioned she is not having any attorneys available to join me for the interview I am not sure what to do? Any suggestions or feedback on this? should I reschedule or should I face interview on my own?
