my wife and her mother are hiding the stoke interview letter anl sent my withdrawal letter for l-485 like almost 3 weeks ago .
Good morning ,guys .The lawyer that had called me yesterday and tell me that the second interview is on October 22 .if he knows the date it is supposed that uscsi has sent the letter to the old address and not mine(her mother house ) .l dot. understand why they didn’t cancel that interview if l send a withdrawal already .l ask to Emma and they told me that the it not attach of withdrawal on my aplication .Do you know what can l do ? l will start with Vawa process this Saturday.

From what I understood from your case about your wife and her mother is that they are trying to block you getting green card. In this point of time I would strongly suggest you to quit from this I-130, hire a new lawyer and don’t disclose to your wife or your mom. File VAWA with that new lawyer and keep it secret from them. Once you file VAWA they cannot do anything. You don’t need them for the VAWA interview. If you have all the same documents plus some proof of abuse you are good to go. Waiting for 2 years max and you will get green card. Don’t delay and waste the time. Best of luck
