anyone with experience with Cincinnati FO
I submitted my I-485/ I-756 March 1 2024. Biometric done June 20, after responding to medical RFE in April, 2024. I-756 was approved 08/07/24. I check with emma and I was told my case was sent to Cincinnati non FO on 7/26/24. According to Emma agent, the last time agent worked on my case was 07/30/24. please has anyone has similar experience. Pd June 2022.

I-485 still actively reviewing since from June 2022, I texted officers thru Emma live chat, they all said that my case is at my Local FO, which is Queens Field Office for the longest while (2-3months) and that my interview is waived, still no updates on my case, still waiting….Contacted my Local District Congressman….waiting hopefully for a positive reply from him #godpleasehelp #tiredwaiting
