How long does EAD take for a AOS petition?

It has been a month after submission. Just curious how long I should wait for EAD (765 petition) to get approved ? I am specifically asking because I need to renew my DL and having a EAD card will get REAL ID requirements satisfied rather than showing DMV the 797 receipts or visa extensions. UPDATE: ======== Oct 10: Got my EAD within 60 days. FWIW, I was able to renew REAL ID just with i797A receipts

Someone who has submitted in December 2023 and has been approved (CR1/IR1) I130, I submitted December 22 and on January 3 said case being actively reviewed, I have 250 days and nothing.

Anyone PD Feb/Mar-2023 with approved i-485 yet?

Hello all, Just out of curiosity, do you know anyone with PD Feb/March-2023 and got their i-485 approved? I have seen many many PD Jan-2023 files approved for i-485 but have not seen any with March-2023 PD. Thanks!

Hello Everyone, Please I would appreciate your opinion on this challenge I am facing. My son just finished highschool. So my question is this, Can my child who is a Derivative of my VAWA application use my Prima Facie for FAFSA Financial aid college application?

I received a email from August 8 interview date was set and letter was sent , my question is how long did you guys take to receive your letter via mail it’s been 20 days no letter .

1277 days and still no movement on my I-485. my Vawa was approved February 13th and I contacted uscis through Emma and a live agent and I made a request. waited 2 months for a response saying they don’t have any updates and I should call. I’m so disappointed. I wanna go home and see my family. why is it taking so long 😩 I check every day and nothing. changes.

Pd July 3rd 2023 got the approval today! :))

Hey friends, I decided to send in an EAD application based on my pending I-485 from last year. I have been off work since July and its getting unbearable financially so we really have nothing to lose I just want to go back to work. Hoping that works well out. I applied in May last year, I can’t believe its taking so long after interview. I just want to be able to provide for our future. Please send your well wishes and positive thoughts.
