when to received an interview letter
hello, can someone help or give me advice. my PD is july 28, 2020 and last september 2024 my PD is current. i dont have received yet my interview letter my my case is at NVC. how many months of waiting to received my interview letter instructions and my case is ready at my CEAC account. thanks and Godbless. from PH.

Welcome to the club. My case is August 2020 and it is in the NVC too! My lawyers filed a Mandamus request, now USCIS is required to respond to my case within 2 calendar months.

its a good news for you. Godluck and Godbless, i've done public inquiry but again they said my case is awaiting for interview appointment and no futher actions is required. i will wait for 2 months for their response. thank you
