guys ap document is given by government not sure why to worry if your background is clear , if any rules comes with AP they will inform us.

@goti rao read what it says on the paper that you get with AP - it's says that it's up to officers' discretion if they will let you in or not. And that's why some lawyers recommend NOT to travel with it. My lawyer always told me to travel but it was my decision not to

I had good experience with my advance parole, no issues at jfk airport, but I went in September, I don’t I’ll use my advance parole with trump president

Donald spoke about illegal immigrants that are living under the grid. We not illegal we currently have permission to be in the state. So in my mind that's what he ment. If we on Vawa and got EAD or Prima Facie in my mind we got a paper proving our existence. The government gave us permission to be here temporarily while they making a decision over our cases. So I don't think you got nothing to worry about.

@Mrkvica M. they write on that paper up to officer discretion because if you have any criminal case and you did some fraud offcourse they will not allow person to enter the country , this clause is for those people .

I never heard any case where people got denied at port of entry without any criminal case.

@goti rao when you were coming into the US on a non immigrant visa? were you scared you’d be deported or refused entry? FYI, it’s the same drill for anyone who isn’t a US CITIZEN regardless of if you have a 2 year GC, 10 year GC, visitors visa, work visa and so on. so everyone should calm down! entry is not 100% for anyone who isn’t a CITIZEN. Allow people to travel in peace on their approved AP.

@goti rao I also believe in God but something happened to my friend he went to his country with an AP on July and his case was been denied before he could finished his vacation the airline said they can’t carry him he called his lawyer he couldn’t do anything he’s still back home now guys let’s be careful.thanks
