REF
RFE … has anyone ever responded to a REF.Proof shows RFE was delivered, My case status never changed. USCIS never acknowledge receipt of RFE.. 2weeks after it was delivered Case status then shows USCIS mailed out additional REF… Could this be an error or could it be they have reviewed the RFE I initially sent and is now requesting for a new REF.. My lawyer did send everything they required
