On Sunday I’ve received 4 or 5 letters that they have taken an action, but didn’t see any changes on my account except the current step has changed from “attend interview” to “case decision”. Yesterday I’ve received another “action taken” and case status showed “approved” on my I485. After few hours I’ve got another message that they’ve taken an action and found an approval for I130.

Approved, but PD is not current until next month
hey folks.
I got the New Card is being produced today. however my PD (July 2022) is not current until the October visa bulletin. I’ve heard stories about people being approved while not being current, but what’s more confusing is that I got CRP on July 19 specifically saying there’s no visa available.
could it be that they already start processing cases according to the October bulletin?

hey guys, recently received my RFE and they only asked medicals, does anyone know why they transfer my whole case to another office ?
