Good night Lawfully Family. My immigration journey is finally over. My case was filed on NOVEMBER 17, 2022. Got my EAD & AP on AUGUST 07, 2023. My i130 was approved on AUGUST 26, 2023. I was informed that my interview was waived, but realized that it was really taking forever. I transferred my case in May of this year to Texas where I moved over a year ago. My wife and I were given an interview last Monday and the officer approved my case right after the interview. GOD IS GREAT! 10 YEARS GC ON ITS WAY.
