congratulations @sammy. I didn’t submit wife status but I have a feeling they’ll send me an RFE asking for it. I don’t have it, neither can I get access to it but I’m hoping they’ll just pull it from the I 130-I485 that she cancelled behind my back.

go do your medicals. go on the uscis website and type in your zip code to find a uscis surgeon near you. call as much of them as u can to compare prices and see if they also take insurance if you have insurance.. the uscis website will also tell u what shots or vaccines you need and blood work for like syphilis, etc. @sammy s when it's done they will give u a sealed copy and then make sure they give u a copy for yourself. and send it to your lawyer until uscis ask u for it. so go do your medicals in the mean time.

@bugu5420 Robinson you can use the receipt notice for the I-130 that you filed with your ex if you have it. That also proves status and is their document that they accept to prove status. Also, you can get affidavit from persons who can verify her status. USCIS is aware that vawa applicants don't always have access to their abuser's information so there is some leniency there so nothing to worry about.
