Applied for VaWa in August 2021. filled a motion to expedite through congressmen since it’s been 39 months. My status has been changed to additional evidence received and uscis is reviewing it. Next?

@roberto g there was no rfe . I just send a request through congress man and it changed to additional evidence received.

@Merciful God🙏 Merciful God I send them my mom’s medical reports and my Grandpa had bypass surgery and dailysis so letter from doctor and a self written letter explaining the situation that’s pretty much it.
