hello lawfully I’m the beneficiary do I need to add my income if we file jointly and what if he claims less than what the w2 says? please hel I don’t have an attorney?

@LivingbyFaith 2019 how can he claim less than his w2? that doesn’t make sense. you don’t need to put your income on there as the beneficiary. the whole point is that he needs to be able to support you if you’re unemployed.
does he meet the 125% of poverty line for 2023 tax return? if not you will need a joint sponsor.
