Le programme humanitaire de libération conditionnelle (CHNV) a toujours été et reste un programme de deux ans. Le CHNV continue à opérer et à autoriser l'entrée de nouveaux bénéficiaires dans le cadre du processus d'examen approfondi des candidatures.
Les bénéficiaires qui se trouvent déjà aux États-Unis peuvent solliciter une aide humanitaire ou certains dispositifs d'immigration auxquels ils pourraient être éligibles, sinon ils devront quitter le pays avant l'expiration de leur libération conditionnelle autorisée.

I-485 adjustment in court before immigration judge
So, I-130 has been approved by USCIS and I-485 has been filed with court since I was in removal proceeding. My question is is it Mandatory for my US citizen spouse to go to the court with me or it doesn’t matter!!!! Please insight from people who experienced it are really appreciated. thank you 🙏
Talked to our lawyer today
I asked if there was anyway we can get permission to travel out of the country. my husbands daughter is having her quinceañera in November and like another other girl she wants her dad to be able to dance with her, the father daughter dance. but our lawyer said unless it’s an emergency situation we most likely wouldn’t be approved to expedite. 😓just venting I guess.

i824 - can I file mandamus if 365 days no decision made?
On December 10, 2023, we received your Form I-824, Application for Action on an Approved Application or Petition.
Can I file mandamus for my i824 once it will be 365 days from the day of receipt notice? what else can I do to fast forwar the decision?

Dependant's AP is in fingerprints received stage since 46 days . EAD was approved on 25th September with no update on I-131. Has something similar happened to you folks? Hoping to travel to India this December

Medical RFE even though doctor is from their website
hi, I recently recieved RFE for medical saying that I submitted one of a doctor who’s not approved, and to find one on their website. even though that doctor is approved and is the number 1 return on USCIS find a doctor.
what should I do? ideally I’d avoid the $400 to re do it somewhere else.

hi, please can someone advice me on what to do, so I have my I - 360 approved but initially had a pending removal proceeding, and my lawyer recently filed to close the case since I don’t have a hearing date with DHS or Eoir, and it has been 9 months now. I just want to know who to contact in DHS OR EOIR to ask why my case is still pending. please provide some suggestions on how to get a response to close the case so I can reopen my I-485. thanks
