Live agent is not good
I just tried to connect with a live agent. Not a good experience. I got this quick answer that said still processing and then I went back very fast to “Emma” and the person disconnected with me. Not sure if this is normal. I am feeling very frustrated. I wanted to ask if my cases had been transferred or not. Applied 207 days ago for the work permit and everything else.
How long to wait
I am being so stressed with this journey.
At this point haven’t even received renewal for my work permit

Sending an inquiry 🧐 about I 765
Hi, I applied I believe 207 days ago. My receipt date is March 15 and did my biometrics on April 6. I have no criminal background. I still have not received my I 765. My inquiry date for when I am past normal processing time is October 22nd. I am wondering if others have had luck when sending an inquiry. I am waiting to launch my business and I am waiting a long time based on what I see happening to others who apply.
