If you already have asylum granted, that is your category. For adjustment of status you need evidence of your granted asylum

@Marvin Mejia but I haven’t received approval letter only got A05 category EAD. and when I searched then I came to know that A05 category is reserved for asylum granted people

@Marvin Mejia I had done my interview in Jan 12, 2022 and afterwards pending for decision

@its still showing pending on case tracker but in October I received automated EAD with the category of A05.

@sam Sam That's good news because you were already approved but they didn't notify you. Ask USCIS for notification and you can start your adjustment of status.

@Marvin Mejia I tried to contact them but haven’t received any response even it’s 3 month now. can I apply adjustment of status with the approval notice even i don’t the exact date of my approval?
